Setup Guide - Step by Step Install m-Vision via "ActiveSync" to your Smartphone
m-Vision is your mobile portal to quality video entertainment anytime, anywhere. These instructions will take you through installing m-Vision via Microsoft's ActiveSync software.
If your Smartphone device is not already connected to your PC via ActiveSync, please refer to the Smartphone user manual or visit www.microsoft.com for more information.
Click the 'Download m-Vision for Smartphone' button above. You will now be asked whether you would like to open the file or save it to your computer. It is reccommended you select 'Open'. You will know the installation has begun when you see the screen below appear on your Desktop PC.
After clicking next you will be asked to read the GoTrek Software License agreement as well as the m-Vision Service Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you read both parts of the document thoroughly. Once you have read the agreement select "I accept" to continue the installation.
At this stage the software will begin copying to your Smartphone.
Once this has completed, you will be prompted to refer to your mobile device and continue the installation and registration from there. You will know that the installation has been successful, when the m-Vision Screen appears on your Smartphone.
Here you will be asked where you would like to install the m-Vision application. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you install this to a storage card.
Whist the application is installing you will see the following screen.
Next you will be prompted for a location to store data. Again, it is highly recommended to use a storage card.
Once the files have been installed the m-Vision activation screen will appear. Click on "existing member".
Enter your Username and Password, and click OK to continue.
NOTE: Please ensure that you keep a record of your username and password, as this may be required further down the track.
The introductory video will launch itself. This will take you through the features of m-Vision and show you examples of what you will be seeing.
Now you're ready to start viewing m-Vision content. To update content click the Update Now button.
