Once you have subscribed, m-Vision can be downloaded and installed onto your mobile device. There are various packages that you can subscribe to, each offering a unique selection of compelling video entertainment. Your content preferences, within any subscription package, can be changed at any time so long as your device is online.

Our packages can be taken over 3, 6 or 12 month periods (3 month only for Education EV). Payment for these packages are made up front and will be renewed automatically at our normal retail prices at the expiry of each subscription period unless the customer makes a cancellation request in writing to at least 7 days prior to the renewal date. Upon the anniversary of your subscription you will be renewed for the same number of months of your original subscription.

Refund Policy: All refund requests will be processed on a case by case basis however, GoConnect will not offer a refund where a subscriber has installed m-Vision and content has already been served. In that case, the service will be cancelled on the renewal date.

Important: To subscribe, your device will need to be online. All credit-card debits will appear under the title 'GoConnect Melbourne' on your statement.
